Information for Prospective Authors:

If you would like to contribute an article for our blog, please contact the PLACE Office.  Articles should be:

• between 500 and 1,000 words
• relevant to understanding some aspect of Yorkshire’s archaeology, geology, history, landscape, ecology etc.
• an original work (i.e. not already appearing in publication elsewhere and produced by the author)

We encourage the inclusion of images, illustrations and other figures. Please note that contributors are responsible for the content and any copyright/reproduction right permissions.  PLACE reserves the right to edit submissions, refuse submissions for publication, and to remove previously published works.
